18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signs the informed consent form; 2.Study participants aged 18-65, with ASA physical status I-II, BMI 18.5-24.9, regardless of gender; 3.Study participants scheduled to undergo thyroid surgery under general anesthesia; 4.Study participants for whom the use of intraoperative neuromonitoring is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Study participants with known or suspected homozygous atypical plasma cholinesterase genotype, or those with reduced plasma cholinesterase activity; 2.Those with neuromuscular diseases or using medications that affect neuromuscular transmission; 3.Study participants with asthma; 4.Study participants who are lactating or pregnant; 5.Those with preoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve injury or vocal cord dysfunction identified by laryngoscopy; 6.Study participants who are allergic or have contraindications to the drugs used in this study.
