Age
7 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 7 to 12 years old; 2. Undergoing elective day surgery; 3. ASA physical status I-II; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 14 and 24 kg/m²; 5. Accompanied by a fully capable guardian within 24 hours after discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to opioids; 2. Unresolved upper respiratory tract infection within the past 1 week; 3. Abnormal heart, lung, liver, or kidney function, or metabolic diseases; 4. Airway anatomical abnormalities (e.g., micrognathia, laryngomalacia, macroglossia) or OSAHS (Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome); 5. Use of analgesics, sedatives, or other psychotropic drugs within the past 2 weeks; 6. Children with any other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator; 7. Refusal to sign the informed consent form;
