Experimental Group 2 (at the start of motor imagery):Tactile feedback was given at the beginning of motor imagery
Control group:No haptic feedback was given at any time during the experiment
Experimental Group 1 (500ms before the start of motor imagery):Tactile feedback was given 500ms before the onset of motor imagery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of various cerebrovascular diseases as revised in the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. Standard first-onset, stable condition, disease course >= 2 weeks and = 18, able to understand therapist's instructions and cooperate with treatment; 4. Subject and their family agree and sign the informed consent form before enrollment; 5. Age between 18 and 80 years old, no gender restrictions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other nervous system diseases; 2.The condition deteriorated and new cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage occurred; 3.There was sensory aphasia and mixed aphasia; 4.History of epilepsy; 5.The disease that affects the motor function such as the fracture of the affected limb; 6.Patients with obvious skull defect or other factors affecting EEG signal collection; 7.Patients receiving other clinical central nervous system interventions;
