Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 12-60 with treatment-resistant depression (TRD);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to TMS (such as a history of epilepsy or intracranial metal implants); 2.patients with serious physical illnesses (such as heart failure grade III or above); 3.or patients who have recently received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the past 3 months.
