20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome, meeting the Chinese diagnostic criteria for PCOS. 2. Age at registration: 20–40 years; FSH <10 mIU/mL. 3. No use of any hormonal medications or ovulation-inducing drugs within the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with premature ovarian insufficiency, diminished ovarian reserve, or endometriosis. 2. History of >=3 previous embryo implantation failures. 3. Hyperprolactinemia or other endocrine disorders causing hyperandrogenism, such as ovarian or adrenal tumors.
