Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select 5 DFU patients (grade 2 or grade 3 DFU patients with infection well controlled who have not healed after more than 1 month of treatment) and 5 healthy controls (people without diabetes or other immune-related diseases, such as patients with simple trauma)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Damage is relatively superficial and has not affected the dermis layer; 2.Has caused bone defects, osteomyelitis, and joint destruction, with gangrene occurring in some toes; 3.Currently participating in other clinical trials.
