50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 50-80 years; 2.Experimental group: fasting blood glucose 4.4-12 mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) <= 8%; 3.Lens nuclear hardness of LOCS II-IV grade; 4.Voluntary participation and provision of signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy or worse, or diabetic macular edema; 2.High myopia exceeding -6.00 diopters (D), or axial length > 26.5 mm; 3.Presence of other ocular diseases; 4.History of fundus laser therapy, intravitreal injection, or intraocular surgery; 5.Intraoperative serious complications such as posterior capsular rupture or vitreous prolapse; 6.Poor preoperative or postoperative optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) image quality or inability to cooperate and complete the examination; 7.Coexistence of severe cardiovascular, respiratory system diseases, or other conditions potentially affecting microcirculation;
