18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALS Group: Patients aged 18–80 years meeting criteria for clinically confirmed, probable, or possible ALS according to the revised El Escorial criteria; voluntarily participating and having signed an informed consent form. Control Group: Relatives of ALS patients aged 18–80 years; free from severe neurological disorders; having signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe traumatic brain injury; severe arrhythmia or heart failure; pacemaker implantation; history of epilepsy; patients refusing to sign the informed consent form.
