Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by two or more senior digestive system pathologists from Peking Union Medical College Hospital as a malignant tumor derived from the pancreatic ductal epithelium, namely pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 2. Hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining WSI of postoperative tumor tissues with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) can be obtained; 3. The clinical information is comprehensive and reliable, and the prognosis follow-up data are complete; 4. Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have full pathological section images (WSI) of malignant tumors in the TCGA database.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receive neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Poor quality or incomplete tissue sections; 4. Lack of prognostic or clinicopathological information.
