18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–45 years, male or female; 2.Diagnosed as unilateral ankle fracture (bimalleolar or trimalleolar fracture) by imaging examination, having undergone surgical treatment and being in the early rehabilitation stage (6–8 weeks postoperatively); 3.Clinically stable, able to receive rehabilitation training, with no obvious delayed fracture healing or displacement; 4.Normal cognitive function, able to understand and cooperate with rehabilitation training and assessment; 5.Willing to participate voluntarily in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined severe multiple trauma (e.g., concurrent knee or hip joint injury) or open ankle fracture; 2.Combined neurological diseases (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy, etc.) affecting lower limb motor function; 3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease, osteoporosis, or other underlying medical conditions that are not suitable for exercise training; 4.Severe postoperative complications such as ankle infection or loosening of internal fixation; 5.Mental disorders, hearing or speech impairments affecting communication and compliance.
