Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently employed registered nurse in a mental health hospital, with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in psychiatry; 2. Age between 20 and 55 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 4. Not concurrently involved in other similar psychological intervention projects; 5. Screened through the baseline assessment, exist a high-risk state of job burnout: MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey) score meets any of the following conditions: the emotional exhaustion dimension >= 27 points (moderate to high level); or depersonalization dimension >= 10 points (moderate to high level); or personal accomplishment dimension 1, indicating a significant imbalance between effort and recovery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently in the acute stage of severe psychological disorder (such as severe depression, active phase of schizophrenia); 2. Have received systematic mindfulness/compassion training within the past 3 months; 3. Plan to resign or take a long-term leave during the intervention period; 4. All three dimensions of MBI-HSS are at a low burnout level (emotional exhaustion 34 points) or the ERI ratio <= 0.75.
