Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for retrospective data: 1. Histopathologically confirmed prostate cancer; 2. Clinically diagnosed as locally advanced or metastatic prostate cancer; 3. Complete clinical information and pathological specimens; 4. Underwent mpMRI scanning at our hospital prior to biopsy or radical resection, with complete mpMRI images. Inclusion criteria for prospective data: 1. Prostate cancer patients who have previously received novel endocrine therapy and progressed to mCRPC; 2. Complete clinical information and pathological data; 3. Underwent mpMRI examination at our hospital before starting olaparib treatment, with complete mpMRI images; 4. Received standardized olaparib treatment; 5. Acceptable for follow-up. Diagnosis of mCRPC requires both of the following two conditions: (1) Serum testosterone at castrate level ( 2 ng/mL and rise in PSA in three consecutive measurements at intervals of at least one week, with two measurements more than 50% above the nadir).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for retrospective data: 1. No pathological specimens, or poor-quality specimens that cannot undergo genetic testing; 2. Incomplete clinical information; 3. Long interval between mpMRI examination and acquisition of pathological specimens, during which endocrine therapy or radiation/chemotherapy was administered. Exclusion criteria for prospective data: 1. Contraindication to olaparib treatment; 2. Presence of other chronic diseases or tumors (non-prostate metastatic tumors) requiring other endocrine drug treatment; 3. Poor-quality pathological specimens that cannot undergo genetic testing.
