20 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20–49 years; 2.Have resided in the local area (district/county) for at least two full years, have not left the local area within three months prior to enrollment, and the total cumulative time away from the area per year does not exceed three months; 3.Plan to become pregnant within one year, and have no plan to move out of the area in the next two years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A definite history of urogenital system diseases, such as infertility, testicular/ovarian dysplasia syndrome, reproductive system trauma, urogenital system inflammation or sexually transmitted diseases listed in the survey form of the pregnancy-preferential project; 2.Mumps after puberty, or a medically diagnosed genetic disorder; 3.History of high fever in the male within three months prior to participation in the project.
