Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Scheduled for hip surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification Grade I-III; 4. Preoperative fasting time over 8 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular diseases (such as severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, etc.); 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dyspnea; 3. Severe neurological diseases, mental disorders, inability to communicate; 4. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 5. History of cervical surgery or trauma, vertebral artery or carotid artery stenosis/structural abnormalities; 6. Inability to cooperate with completing FTc measurement; 7. Contraindications to nerve block or general anesthesia. 8. Unclear ultrasound measurement results;
