Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative history taking and physical examination by a specialist and ultrasonography by a sonographer; 2. Surgical confirmation of the diagnosis of testicular torsion; 3. Postoperative follow-up for more than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. refusal of surgical treatment by immediate family members; 2. neonatal testicular torsion; 3. preoperative treatment with manipulative repositioning and abnormal coagulation; 4. children with organ dysfunction or malignancy.
