Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.registered nurses holding valid nursing qualification certificates; 2.having worked in the nursing position for at least one year; 3.nurses who provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.non-frontline clinical nurses; 2.those who had experienced major life events affecting their emotional state within the past three months;
