Regular structured exercise group:The patient received regular exercise therapy. Aerobic exercise: jogging. 4-5 times a week, 30 minutes each time, heart rate controlled at 60% -70% of the maximum hea
Resistance exercise: squat without load. Three times a week, 5 groups each time, 20 in each group, and 1 minute rest between groups. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks
Oral medication group:Oral tadalafil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male patients aged between 18 and 75 years old. 2.Clinically diagnosed with erectile dysfunction; 3.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to tadalafil or have contraindications to its use; 2.Have definite contraindications to exercise, such as acute or unstable bone and joint diseases, exercise-induced asthma, or other conditions deemed unsuitable for moderate-intensity exercise by a physician after physical examination. Have severe cardiovascular disease, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or other serious underlying diseases; 3.Use other medications or therapies for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED); 4.Have uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension; 5.Are participating in other clinical trials.
