Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete clinical data are available, and blood culture indicates fungal infection. 2. Corresponding fungal etiological tests (such as G/GM test, cryptococcal antigen analysis, mNGS, etc.) were performed within the same period (+/-24 hours) as the blood culture submission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical records are severely incomplete, making it impossible to evaluate clinical indications, treatment regimens, or outcomes.
