Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes, aged 18-80, and are hospitalized in 5-8 high blood glucose incidence departments in this hospital, including cardiology, neurology, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and burn surgery

Exclusion criteria
