Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No age restriction; 2.no gender restriction; 3.patients who visited Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University between January 2015 and January 2025 and did not return for follow-up visits thereafter; 4.postoperative pathology confirmed sellar region tumor; 5.initial surgery was completed at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Biopsy only or simple endoscopic cyst fluid aspiration; 2.Concurrent with other intracranial malignant tumors; 3.Severely incomplete clinical and imaging data (missing key variables >30%); 4.Patients with sellar region tumors deemed unsuitable for this study by the investigators' judgment;
