Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Having cohabited for at least 1 year, having regular sexual intercourse without contraception and not getting pregnant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female age > 40 years; 2. Endometriosis stage III-IV; 3. Male with obstructive azoospermia or known Y chromosome microdeletion.
