Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological results confirmed primary liver cancer, patients aged 18-80 years; 2. Underwent surgical treatment (radical surgery or palliative surgery), with pathological confirmation of liver cancer; 3. Have undergone at least one test of tumor markers, complete blood count, blood biochemistry, and coagulation function; 4. Complete clinical case data; 5. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 18 years old or over 80 years old; 2. Cases not confirmed by pathology; 3. Accompanied by conditions or diseases that can cause elevated AFP (such as pregnancy, yolk sac tumor, teratoma, liver dysfunction, various types of liver diseases such as acute or chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver, alcoholic liver disease, etc.); 4. No serum AFP test performed at the first visit; 5. Clinical case information is incomplete.
