Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with benign diseases such as adenomyosis, multiple uterine fibroids, or endometrial atypical hyperplasia who meet the criteria for laparoscopic hysterectomy; 2.Aged 40–60 years; 3.Agree to receive surgical treatment; 4.Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, etc. 2.History of POP surgery, SUI surgery, or other pelvic surgery; 3.Malignant tumors; 4.Pregnancy or desire to preserve fertility; 5.Oophorectomy or planned oophorectomy; 6.Contraindications related to surgery;
