Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 65 years old; 2. Diagnosed with stage 5 CKD, with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of less than 15 ml/(min.1.73m2), and no renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis) has been received yet; 3. Possess basic communication and comprehension skills; 4. Willing to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal failure after kidney transplantation; 2. Those who have concurrent malignant tumors or other end-stage diseases and are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment; 3. Those who are currently participating in other interventional studies and may influence the results of this study;
