Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a pathological diagnosis of primary choroidal melanoma. 2.Patients scheduled to undergo enucleation or local tumor resection at our hospital, with adequate tumor tissue and matched adjacent non-tumor tissue available intraoperatively for research use. 3.Patients and their families who understand this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 4.Male or female, aged 35 years or older (inclusive).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have received preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy that may interfere with translatome dynamics. 2.Patients with concurrent malignancies of other types or severe systemic immune diseases. 3.Patients with incomplete clinicopathological data or substandard tissue sample quality (e.g., RNA Integrity Number, RIN). 4.Patients under 35 years of age.
