LA-IP group:Perform radial artery puncture using the long-axis plane-inward puncture technique under ultrasound guidance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III grades; 2. Patients over 18 years old undergoing elective surgeries; 3. Require radial artery catheterization for intraoperative monitoring; 4. Sign written informed consent (including consent for process video recording). Note: Indications for invasive arterial pressure monitoring include major surgeries, the need for strict blood pressure control, or the requirement for repeated arterial blood gas analysis, etc. All subjects will undergo radial artery catheterization in the preoperative anesthesia preparation room.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade IV or above, or those undergoing emergency surgery; 2. The puncture site has infection, scar, hematoma, vascular malformation or other skin or vascular problems that affect the puncture operation; 3. Have a history of radial artery ligation, radial artery transplantation or severe trauma; There are significant anatomical abnormalities in the arterial puncture path, or the diameter of the radial artery (frontal and lateral diameters) is too thin ( 1.5, platelet count < 50×10?/L) or strong anticoagulation, dual antiplatelet therapy, patients judged by the researcher to be inappropriate for inclusion; 5. Abnormal modified Allen test; 6. Preoperative presence of severe tremors, restlessness, Parkinson's disease, etc., which affect the puncture cooperation; 7. Allergy to ultrasound coupling agent or other conditions that may interfere with ultrasound-guided operation; 8. Unable to cooperate with the research process or those who have previously participated in similar trials.
