Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term pregnancy; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Planned elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness, central nervous system diseases, liver diseases, abnormal renal function, and abnormal cardiopulmonary function; 2. Severe obstetric complications, such as placenta previa or placental abruption; 3. Contraindications to combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, including abnormal coagulation function, anticoagulant therapy, severe hypovolemia or hemodynamic instability; 4. Patient refusal to participate.
