Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.If the surgical indications are met, ankle surgery will be performed at an elective date. 2. Age 18 to 60 years old; 3. Classified as grade I to II by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); 4. Be able to correctly understand and answer questions, and accurately express the feeling of pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Related allergies; 2. Current gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Other injuries requiring opioid analgesics; 4. Habitual daily use of opioids; 5. Cognitive or mental function disorders or substance abuse; 6. Logistical reasons; 7. Lower limb neurological dysfunction; 8. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9. Injection site infection; 10. Acute porphyria; 11. Kidney disease requiring dialysis.
