Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Gestational age between 12 and 27 weeks; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Able to read and understand Chinese independently; 5. Possess a WeChat account and be able to use WeChat mini-programs to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with contraindications to exercise; 2. Those advised by a physician to avoid or restrict physical activity; 3. Those with a history of or current mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 4. Those with mobility limitations due to physical disabilities.
