Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Adults" and the "Guidelines for Bariatric Surgery in China" :24kg/m^2<=BMI<=37.5 kg/m^2; 2.18y<=age<=65y; 3.The weight has remained stable in the past three months, with an increase or decrease of no more than 2 kilograms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women; 2.History of cancer-related diseases; 3.History of mental disorders such as claustrophobia and depression; 4.Have undergone weight loss surgery, are currently taking medications that may affect weight, and have been following a weight management plan for the past three months; 5.Patients with abnormal renal function and other conditions that are not suitable for a high-protein diet; 6.Patients with moderate to severe liver function impairment, such as those with transaminase levels exceeding 400U/L or presenting with jaundice, severe abdominal distension, fatigue, etc. 7.Gastrointestinal diseases and other factors affect intestinal absorption and transport. 8.Did not sign the informed consent form and was unwilling to participate in this researcher.
