Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer or benign breast tumor; 3. one week post-breast surgery (including but not limited to modified radical mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery); 4. normal upper limb muscle strength and joint mobility before surgery; 5. willing to receive post-surgical limb rehabilitation management; 6. possess a certain level of language comprehension and expression ability; 7. able to use a smartphone or computer for daily communication; 8. voluntary participation in this study with a signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. concurrent malignant tumors in other parts of the body; 2. severe physiological complications (e.g., fractures, severe lymphedema); 3. vulnerable populations, including those with psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and illiterate individuals.
