Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria High cardiovascular risk (at least 1 of the following): 1.Confirmed coronary heart disease (old myocardial infarction, stable angina, >6 months after stent/bypass) 2.Hypertension (systolic >=140 mmHg or diastolic =90 mmHg) 3. Dyslipidemia (LDL-C>=3.4 mmol/L or 1) 3) Total Cholesterol, Chol >=5.2 mmol/L) 4.Diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance (fasting Serum Glucose, GLU >=6.1 mmol/L) 5.Obesity (BMI >=28 kg/m^²) or abdominal obesity (waist circumference >=90c1) in men, >=85cm in women) 6.Family history of Cardiac (history of premature onset of Cardiac in first-degree relatives) Except for the health control arm, the health group needs to have no above-mentioned high-risk factors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.confirmed severe cardiac: acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV); 2.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency: ALT or AST >3 times the upper limit of normal, Creatinine, Cr clearance <30 mL/min; 3.malignant tumors; 4.acute and chronic infections; 5. Autoimmune diseases near 6.use of drugs affecting inflammation in the last 3 months; 7.Pregnant or lactating women.
