Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 25 and 50 years, regardless of gender. 2.Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 3.Recurrent low back pain lasting for more than 3 months. 4.Proficiency in using a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe damage to the heart, brain, respiratory, digestive, immune, nervous, endocrine, blood, and other systems; 2. Patients with mental or nervous system disorders who cannot cooperate; 3. Pregnant women.
