Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older; 2. Preoperative clear diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma, planned to undergo transoral/transcervical endoscopic or open thyroidectomy and left central neck lymph node dissection; 3. Preoperative evaluation shows ability to tolerate surgery; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous neck surgery or radiotherapy; 2. Conversion from endoscopic to open surgery; 3. Tumor invasion of adjacent structures (such as the trachea, esophagus, major blood vessels) discovered before or during surgery; 4. Anatomical abnormalities or severe adhesions making safe exposure of the area impossible; 5. Presence of severe underlying diseases or contraindications to anesthesia; 6. Refusal to participate in the study or to discontinue clearance of the area during surgery.
