12 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 12 and 17 years old. 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder according to the DSM-5. 3. Total score of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24) > 18. 4. No medication prior to enrollment, or stable antidepressant medication treatment for the past 2 weeks before enrollment, with no change in drug type or dosage after enrollment. 5. The subject and their family member (close acquaintance or primary caregiver) are willing to undergo this combined treatment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other mental disorders meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria (excluding depressive disorders); 2. Current suicidal thoughts or plans; 3. Current or past substance use disorder meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria (excluding nicotine dependence); 4. Unstable physical illnesses; 5. History of epilepsy; 6. Previous treatments with electroconvulsive therapy without seizure, transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, or transcranial alternating current stimulation; 7. Internal metal implants such as cochlear implants, pacemakers, or metal implants in the brain; 8. Hypersensitivity to pain, injury, or inflammation in the stimulation area; 9. Contraindications to magnetic fields.
