20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age at delivery between 28 and 36+6 weeks, singleton pregnancy, primiparous;2. Mothers whose preterm infants were hospitalized in the NICU of our hospital for >=5 days;3. Possess good communication and expression skills;4. Both the mother and her spouse are willing to participate in this study and have signed the informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers with contraindications to breastfeeding, including severe illnesses or infectious diseases, taking special medications, etc.; 2. Preterm infants with contraindications to enteral feeding or breastfeeding, such as congenital intestinal malformations; 3. Preterm infants requiring fasting for more than 3 days during hospitalization due to various reasons, such as significant abdominal distension, bloody stools, or surgical procedures; 4. Non-permanent residents of this city.
