Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2023)" or "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (2022)", and confirmed as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke by cranial CT/MRI; 2. Age at onset is 40-75 years old (excluding elderly patients with severe frailty or young patients with stroke due to special causes to reduce confounding factors); disease duration is 3 months to 2 years (being in the recovery period of gait function, with relatively stable gait patterns and complete rehabilitation assessment records); 3. Completing at least one three-dimensional gait analysis (including gait asymmetry indicators) and dynamic plantar pressure detection (including affected side/unaffected side comparison data) during hospitalization or follow-up; 4. Complete medical records: including demographic information, stroke-related information (lesion side, onset time, treatment plan), underlying diseases (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.), original data of gait and plantar pressure detection, and follow-up records (at least one re-examination of gait function); 5. The patient is conscious (GCS score >=13 points) and can cooperate in completing gait and plantar pressure detection (excluding those with severe cognitive impairment or unable to stand and walk).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing gait disorders before stroke (such as Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, osteoarthropathy, foot and ankle deformities); 2. Severe complications after stroke: such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, acute infection, malignant tumor; 3. Incomplete plantar pressure or gait analysis data (such as missing key indicators: peak pressure, step length asymmetry index); 4. Loss to follow-up during the follow-up period (no records of gait function re-examination) or transfer to another hospital (inability to obtain complete rehabilitation data); 5. Complicated with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score < 24 points) or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the examiner.
