Interventions

Esketamine group:In the esketamine group (Group E), after the surgery, esketamine was continuously infused intravenously at a rate of 0.2 mg/kg/h until the laryngeal mask was removed.
Sodium Chloride Solution Group:After the surgery, a continuous infusion of the corresponding dose of normal saline was maintained until the laryngeal mask was removed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for nephroureteroscopic lithotripsy, with ASA II grade; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m²; 4. Normal communication and interaction; 5. Voluntary participants and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with adrenal cortical insufficiency 2. Patients with contraindications to esketamine (such as glaucoma and large vascular aneurysms) 3. History of hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, diabetes, and cerebral infarction 4. History of deep vein thrombosis 5. Severe heart, liver or kidney diseases 6. History of chronic use of analgesic drugs, opioid dependence, and use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs 7. History of mental disorders: such as schizophrenia, depression, dementia;
