Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1999 to September 2025, individuals who visited the Department of Gastroenterology of Shao Yi Fu Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine and were diagnosed with UC (the diagnostic criteria were based on "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (2023 · Xi'an) ").

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete clinical data (e.g., key clinical characteristics, initial medication). 2.Patients with a follow-up duration of less than 3 months. 3.Patients whose diagnosis changed during the course of the disease.
