Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Compliant with the diagnostic criteria for PSNB outlined in the Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder after Stroke (2016); 2.Aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3.The duration of the disease ranges from 1 to 8 weeks; 4.The patient's vital signs are stable, with clear consciousness, no evidence of aphasia or speech disorders, and no cognitive impairments. The patient is able to cooperate fully with communication and clinical examinations; 5.In addition to the routine basic medical treatment and rehabilitation training, no other treatments specifically targeting neurogenic bladder were received; 6.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for PSNB; 2.Organic lesions of the urinary system, such as urethral stricture, bladder outlet obstruction, etc; 3.Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or severe heart disease; 4.Patients with impaired consciousness, cognitive dysfunction, or voiding disorders accompanied by language communication difficulties; 5.Contraindications to acupuncture treatment: such as coagulation disorders, skin ulceration or infection at the treatment site, etc; 6.Contraindications to rTMS treatment: including the use of electronic cochlear implants, implanted pulse generators, medical pumps, pacemakers, or a history of epilepsy;
