Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6-12 years and able to cooperate with the examination; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the "Pediatric Expert Consensus on Early Identification, Standardized Diagnosis, and Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder," emphasizing that the child's core symptoms must be present in two or more settings (such as at school, home, or clinic), causing significant impairment in social, academic, and other functions, and cannot be explained by other mental disorders or neurological conditions; 3. Control group matched with the ADHD group in age and gender and able to cooperate with the examination; 4. Guardians sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe comorbid somatic diseases; 2. Organic damage to the nervous system, intellectual disability (IQ <70); 3. Mental disorders or pervasive developmental disorders; 4. Use of any central nervous system stimulants, including medications for ADHD, or long-term medication for other chronic diseases; 5. Recent use of probiotics or antibiotics; 6. Refusal to participate in this study.
