18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-24 years old 2. Full-time college students 3. Depression screening scale indicates the presence of depressive tendencies 4. Physically capable of participating in moderate-intensity aerobic exercise 5. Able to cooperate in completing behavioral tasks, EEG, or MRI examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously or currently diagnosed with severe mental disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia 2. History of neurological diseases or brain injury 3. Presence of contraindications for exercise or MRI examination 4. Currently using psychiatric medications 5. Regularly participating in systematic exercise training within the past 6 months
