Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with KOA; 2. Patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 3.Age >=50 years; 4.Conscious and able to communicate and express themselves normally; 5.Informed consent, having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe heart, lung, kidney dysfunctions or other malignant diseases. 2.Those who have postoperative complications, such as infection or deep vein thrombosis. 3.Those with physical disabilities or a history of mental illness.
