Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No surgical contraindications; 2. Imaging examinations and clinical symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture; 3. No nerve or spinal cord injury; 4. Single-segment thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture; 5. Age > 50 years; 6. Lumbar bone density T-score <= -2.5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary or metastatic tumors of the vertebral body, hemangiomas, vertebral tuberculosis, vertebral infections, etc., who have pathological fractures; 2.Patients with severe heart and lung diseases, coagulation dysfunction, long-term use of immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, anticoagulant drugs or other drugs that are unfavorable for prognosis, and who cannot tolerate surgery; 3.Patients with multiple segmental vertebral fractures. Meeting any one of the above conditions will exclude the patient.
