18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years; 2.SNB =2) or limited mouth opening (maximum interincisal opening <= 35 mm) persisting for more than 6 months, with unsatisfactory outcomes following conservative treatment; 4.Consent to undergo arthroscopically assisted disc repositioning combined with orthodontic-orthognathic sequential therapy, and willingness to cooperate with preoperative and postoperative follow-up for collection of clinical data, joint MRI, CBCT, and cephalometric radiographs (posteroanterior and lateral cephalograms);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mandibular retrognathia caused by maxillofacial trauma, tumors, benign hypertrophy, or syndromes; 2.Severe disc deformation rendering arthroscopic repositioning unfeasible; 3.Presence of non-TMD orofacial pain disorders; 4.History of previous joint surgery; 5.Presence of systemic immune-related diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; 6.Presence of psychological disorders such as anxiety or depression;
