20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-trimester pregnant women (gestational age = 13 weeks and 6 days) with maternal age of 20 years or older. 2. Absence of any plan for prolonged residence in a geographically different area or household relocation during the interval from pregnancy to childbirth. 3. Absence of adverse lifestyle habits, including smoking, alcohol use disorder, and substance abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy. 2. Complicated by pre-existing major medical conditions, including severe hepatic and renal disorders, malignancy, among others. 3. Inability to comply with or complete standardized data survey procedures and biological specimen collection.
