Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20–75 years; 2.First-ever stroke, diagnosed as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke in the cerebral hemisphere by CT or MRI; 3.Disease course of 2 weeks to 6 months after onset (subacute phase); 4.Presence of unilateral hemiplegia, with Brunnstrom stage of the affected lower limb >= III; 5.Functional Ambulation Category score 2–4 (i.e., requiring supervision or physical assistance for walking); 6.Mini-Mental State Examination score >= 22, able to understand and cooperate with the training; 7.Signed written informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe cardiopulmonary diseases (e.g., NYHA class III–IV heart failure, unstable angina), severe arthritis, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, or other conditions that contraindicate high-intensity walking training; 2.Comorbidity with other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that significantly affect walking ability; 3.Presence of severe visual impairment, vestibular dysfunction, or global aphasia; 4.Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment that precludes cooperation with the training; 5.Concurrent participation in other rehabilitation or drug clinical trials that may interfere with this study.
