Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The child's age ranges from 0 to 14 years; 2. The primary caregiver is the child's legal guardian or a family member who assumes the main responsibility for daily care and medical decision-making during the child's hospitalization, and has fulfilled this role for over 6 months; 3. The caregiver possesses basic reading and comprehension abilities, enabling independent and accurate completion of the questionnaire survey; 4. The caregiver is fully informed of the study's objectives and voluntarily signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The child is in a critical rescue period with extremely unstable vital signs; 2. The child has severe congenital cognitive impairment, intellectual developmental delay, or neurological disorders; 3. The caregiver has a clear history of mental illness or is currently in a state of severe psychological stress; 4. The caregiver suffers from severe visual, hearing impairment, or cognitive dysfunction and cannot cooperate with data collection; 5. Employed professional caregivers, short-term nannies, or temporarily substituted distant relatives; 6. Questionnaires with missing values exceeding 20% or showing obvious logical inconsistencies.
