Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily provided written informed consent; 2.Aged 18 to 50 years; 3.Either sex; 4.Attended Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, between June 2025 and February 2026; 5.Received subcision combined with CGF and fractional carbon dioxide laser for the treatment of atrophic acne scars;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Receipt of any other treatment for atrophic acne scars within 3 months prior to the study treatment; 2.History of psychiatric abnormalities, severe psychological disorders, or concomitant serious diseases involving other major organs; 3.Women who were planning pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding; 4.Presence of active facial infection, inflammation, herpes, psoriasis, or other active dermatologic diseases; a history of autoimmune disease; or ongoing immunotherapy; 5.Scar-prone constitution; a tendency to develop keloids or hypertrophic scars; or the presence of an implanted cardiac pacemaker, titanium implant, or other electronic device; 6.Patients with atrophic acne scars who were deemed unsuitable for participation in this study at the investigators’ discretion;
