30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Initial diagnosis age between 30 to 80 years old; 2) Patients with occlusal rehabilitation who have an increase in vertical dimension of occlusion; 3) Patients with pre- and post-increase in vertical dimension of occlusion CBCT imaging results, in which the joint cavity morphology is intact; 4) Patients without systemic diseases affecting the temporomandibular joint, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of temporomandibular joint surgery or trauma; 2) Patients with organic changes in the temporomandibular joint, limited mouth opening, and those requiring surgical treatment; 3) Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4) Patients with poor compliance.
